Once you have created a User Zone account go to the Login area and type in your User Name and Password.

By selecting the "Remember me next time" box, a cookie is placed on your computer so that if you visit us again from the same computer within 30 days you will not have to login to the User Zone again! If however, you logout of the Web site you will have to login to the site on your next visit.

On successfull entry you will be forwarded to the User Zone you selected. Return

Sign up is a 2 step process.

Step 1: Select the infant protection system you have or want to learn more about. The options are Hugs or Halo. Click 'next'.

Step 2: Enter a user name and password of your choice. It may be helpful to use your First and Last name, this ensures that your user name is unique. When you select a password you will be asked to confirm your password to ensure against mistakes. The password needs to be 6 characters or longer.

Enter your work email address (we do not send literature to a home email address).
- Select a question and answer that only you will know. (We use this information to confirm your identity before sending your password via email.)

Once you click Sign Up Now! You will be automatically transferred to the User Zone of your choice. Return

On the left hand menu you will see the Forgot Password option. Use this when you don't recall your password.

You will be required to enter your User Name. An Identity confirmation question will be asked to verify your User name. This question was selected when you signed up to the User Zone. Once you answer the question correctly a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Copy the new password (Ctrl C) from the email and go to the Login screen. Type in your User Name and Paste (Ctrl V) the new password into the password block.

When you are logged back in, remember to visit "Change Password" located just underneath the User Zone image, to set your password to something you would remember more easily. Return

When you have logged into the User Zone you will find just under the User Zone image an option to Change Password. This is useful to change your password to something you would recall more easily.

You will be required to enter your existing password to confirm who you are, then enter your new password and enter the same password for verification. Return
