Forgot Your Password?

Forgot your password? It happens to us all.

Instructions: Enter your User Name. An Identity confirmation question will be asked to verify that it is you. This question was selected when you signed up to the User Zone. Once you answer the question correctly a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Copy the new password (Ctrl C) from the email and go to the Login screen. Type in your User Name and Paste (Ctrl V) the new password into the password block.

When you are logged back in, remember to visit "Change Password" located just underneath the User Zone image, to set your password to something you would remember more easily. Return
