Asssembler
Assembler Description: Manufacturing requires an experienced assembler to assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies as well as perform go-no-go testing. This individual must be capable of following drawings, manufacturing procedures and work with a minimum of supervision. Basic soldering skills required and it is desirable to have SMT soldering and rework capabilities. Additional requirements include good dexterity, familiarity with digital multi-meters and ability to follow
step by step test instructions to verify product meets specifications.
Successful candidate requires good interpersonal and communication skills, one to two years of assembly experience, and able to meet production quotas while maintaining quality
objectives.
CRM Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) Administrator who will manage the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a Maximizer CRM system that supports sales, marketing, and customer support functions. Along with system administration, user training/support, data quality and reporting,
you will be responsible for helping the company implement new and modified business processes that utilize the Maximizer CRM.
The candidate should have a minimum of one year’s work experience with Maximizer CRM or a combination of Maximizer and other CRM platforms with experience in configuration, customization, managing data quality and reporting. They must also have a solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities and contacts as they apply to the sales process; and a good working knowledge of relational database design concepts and data management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a service-oriented attitude are required.
Software Designer
We are looking for an experienced software developer who will design, program and maintain our healthcare security software products. This individual must be results oriented, with good problem solving and analytical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate also must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work experience is required in the following areas:
• Software design in Java, C# and C++
• Product development in Microsoft .NET environment
Experience is highly desirable in the following areas:
• Graphical user interface design
• Computer security
• Software deployment and installation package development
• UML design methodology and tools as applied in an end-to-end product development
• RFID and Wireless control applications
• Software troubleshooting
Successful candidates should have a university computer engineering degree with a minimum of five years of software design in product development.
Systems Analyst
Description: Xmark has a requirement for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and implementing new IT systems as well providing some application support. You will be responsible for suggesting and implementing process improvements to IT systems. You will also be responsible for designing and modifying custom reports, application user maintenance, and maintenance of system documentation.
The successful individual will have a college diploma in information technology and three to five years of experience with a technology manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess significant knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Crystal Reports, MRP systems, and accounting software would be considered
an asset.
Test System Designer
We are looking for an experienced test designer to develop and enhance the test systems of our healthcare security products used in production. The work involves defining test strategies, designing functional test systems and test jigs, documenting test specifications and test systems, developing software to execute automatic tests, and hands-on electronic testing and troubleshooting. Very good hardware understanding is required.
This individual must be results oriented, with excellent problem solving and analytical skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate also must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work experience is required in the following areas:
- Mixed signal (Digital/Analog/RF) circuit board test
- C and Visual Basic, C# or LabView
- Embedded firmware and real time operation

- Low power RF
- Orcad Schematic Capture
- RFID and Wireless control applications
- Instrument control
